    Absolutely love Intensity! Over 40 and a hysterectomy, I’ve gained 30 lbs and no matter what diet or exercise program I’ve used successfully in the past, nothing would work this time. First 3 weeks, I lost 16 lbs. 21 total so far. I’ve tried multiple appetite suppressants unsuccessfully. This works! I have to remind myself to eat. No change in diet (just less) and because I got injured, I haven’t been able to exercise so I’m very pleased I’m continuing to lose weight and inches! The only side effect I’ve noticed is dry mouth. However, it reminds me to drink more water. Highly recommend.

    I really liked slim and it did wonders but when I bought more to do another round of them they made me really anxious and very jittery. I decided to try the intensity and it was exactly what I needed! It does great suppressing your appetite and gives you some energy but not the intense feelings as with slim. I’m very happy with this product!

    This is the first time I tried the Intensity and although I prefer the Slim they are great for suppressing my appetite and giving me a small boost of energy. I didn’t at all get the jitters. Would definitely recommend as all of Toni’s supplements are great!!

    I have really enjoyed the intensity it works so well at controlling my appetite all day long. It does make you thirsty but that just helps you with getting your water intake. I take mine around 10:00 in the morning that is when I normally break my fast and I’m fine for the rest of the day. I like that there’s no jitters with intensity just appetite control.
