D. “Terms” mean and refer to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

E. “Trainer” means and refers to the TS Transformations LLC employee, agent, or contractor who will assist You with Your fitness goals, as further defined herein.

H. “You” and “Your” means the Member who has executed this Agreement by acquiring a membership subscription.

Assignment of Rights.
