In a large bowl mix the following:
2 tbsp #omgheebutter (or any melted butter/coconut oil)
2 tbsp Coconut cream or heavy whipping cream
¼ cup canned pumpkin
1 scoop #crave vanilla protein powder
1-2 tbsp coconut flour
1.5 tsp pumpkin spice( I used #flavorgods pumpkin pie spice)
1.5 tbsp VitaFiber (or other low carb sweetener)
3 drops liquid Stevia
Top with peanut butter, more cream and @flavorgods Chocolate Donut
