Intermittent Fasting 5:2 diet Day 1

The 5:2 diet is a not a “diet” per say but is a lifestyle change and a change to the body that will have great health benefits over time. Follow me on my journey on the 5:2 diet plan. Curious? Click here for more detailed information on where to get started. Today marks day 1. I’ve taken my BXT Burn and measurements and weight. My fasting days this week (500 calories on fasting days) will be Tuesdays and Thursdays. All other days I will stick to my regular 1200 calorie diet. Through this journey I will be doing 20 minutes elliptical training a day and on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday adding in weight training for 30 minutes for my arms, legs, and back. Here’s to day 1!!
